CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
You are not expected to “clean” the house. However, it needs to be left orderly (no messes). There’s no need to make beds.
TRASH: Please place all trash in bags into the outside dumpster. Guests staying Tuesday night, please roll the dumpster to the street for Wednesday morning trash pick-up.
TOWELS: Please do not leave damp towels on furniture or bedding. Hang in the bathroom, or leave in the bottom of the tub or shower.
THERMOSTATS: When in air conditioning mode, please turn thermostats up to 80 degrees. When in heat mode, please turn thermostats down to 62 degrees.
LIGHTS/CEILING FANS: Please turn off all light/fan switches.
REFRIGERATOR: Please remove all of your food from the refrigerator. However, if you would like to “pay-it-forward” and leave bottled water and beverages for the next guest, please do.
KITCHEN: All dishes should be washed and put away. Wipe counters and stove top.
